Account Deletion

Open Ascend Settings and use the account deletion control. After final confirmation, active gameplay and profile state is removed transactionally, the session is revoked, and the deleted identity cannot be silently reactivated or recovered.

If the in-app control is unavailable, email privacy@ascendrisetopower.com. Do not send passwords, payment-card data, or unnecessary personal information. We may verify control of a guest installation before acting.

Restricted purchase, refund, fraud, security, legal-assent, request, and backup records may remain where reasonably required by law, safety, dispute handling, or a documented legal hold. They are not used to restore deleted gameplay. The Privacy Policy describes the current engineering retention schedule; qualified counsel must approve its legal basis before App Review submission.
